Privacy Policy
How HDate Tools handles local calculations, contact submissions, cookies, and usage counts.
Last updated: July 30, 2026.
Local tool data
Dates, text, lists, and generated passwords are processed in the browser whenever possible. Some preferences, favorites, recent tools, and wheel entries may be stored in localStorage on your device.
Contact submissions
When you submit a contact, suggestion, or error form, the provided name, email, message, optional URL, a one-way IP hash, and basic browser information are stored to process the request and reduce abuse.
Usage counts
The site records a simple count when a tool is used so the Popular Tools section can rely on actual activity. The count is not used to identify a person.
Cookies and advertising
The delivered code contains ad placeholders only and no active advertising script. If advertising is enabled later, this policy and consent controls should be updated before launch.
Retention and deletion
Contact records should be deleted when no longer needed. You can request deletion through the contact form using the same email address.
